See https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/24564 for details. Essentially the "official" Telegram snap is broken on Asahi Linux due to kernel page size. This snap is just a rebuild of that snap under a different name, to work on Asahi Linux.

There is only an arm64 build of Telegram Desktop here. It's built from the original upstream sources with only the name of the snap changed, to allow this upload, and a switch to a different mesa build.
