Efficient Qt-based TODO list manager

A simple, memory efficient GUI program for making TODO lists. It uses a TSV-style format for storing the lists. It allows for adding tasks and marking them as completed, and can work with many different lists at once through tabs.

Currently only the amd64 build works. This is because so far I have to manually build the snaps. I am working on fixing my building setup so that I can use the Canonical-provided Github builder
