Migrate now to Ubuntu Frame

[Ubuntu Frame](https://snapcraft.io/ubuntu-frame) is the recommended way to enable embedded graphics on Ubuntu Core and Linux embedded systems. It replaces mir-kiosk and provides an improved experience. New features will only be added to Ubuntu Frame, while mir-kiosk will remain maintained until decommission.

We do recommend developers start migrating to Ubuntu Frame. To support you with the migration, we have detailed a [process to achieve this migration](https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/how-to-migrate-from-mir-kiosk-to-ubuntu-frame/27204) or read the [migration blog](https://ubuntu.com/blog/the-journey-from-mir-kiosk-to-ubuntu-frame) for more information.
