Install latest/edge of mac-spoofer
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install mac-spoofer --edgeDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
While usually MAC addresses are hardware bound, this daemon uses the ip tool to restart your network devices with a different, manually assigned hardware address instead of the one obtained by the hardware.
