Gather logs and other debugging info from a Juju model
The 'juju crashdump' plugin eases the collection of logs and other debugging info from a Juju model, and can even submit a bug to Launchpad with the data attached. This makes it easy to debug a charm failure when you don't have direct access to the Juju model.
Enable snaps on KDE Neon and install juju-crashdump

Snaps are discoverable and installable from the Snap Store, an app store with an audience of millions.
Enable snapd
Snap can be installed from the command line. Open the Konsole terminal and enter the following:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
Install juju-crashdump
To install juju-crashdump, simply use the following command:
